Anybody who has spent the entire week at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival has gotten used to the six guys cruising around in bright green shirts. No, they aren't the promotional team for some energy drink, they are simply known as The Six. The Six, also known as (from left) Eshom Nelms, Jeremy Catalino, Peter Atencio, Peter Donovan, Ian Nelms, and Michael Burke. (Photo by Mike Takeuchi), won York Entertainment's Gold Vision Award for their film "Night of the Dog". The award included a $30,000 distribution package.
In my view, it couldn't happen to a nicer bunch of guys who did it right by busting ass and working the festivals for their film. They are the true essence of what film festivals are all about. Click buttons below to hear thoughts of The Six.
Who are The Six?
Seriously....
How would you describe "Night of the Dog"?
