Jie Beauty Salon in Cannes
Jie Matar, President and Creative Director of Canada’s leading beauty destination, has signed an exclusive agreement with Film Festivals Entertainment Group to provide his signature upscale hair, beauty and makeup services to incoming celebrities at the Cannes Film Festival.
Located at the Majestic Hotel’s 58 Beach Beauty Lounge, Jie and his team have offered the same full-service pampering that has made his Toronto salon the toast of the rich, famous and avant garde in the city and around the world.

Witch Out: The Vampire Diaries Begins Casting for Bonnie’s Mother
Every since Grams (Jasmine Guy) died, we’ve been waiting for Mystic Falls Child and Family Services to come and take Bonnie (Kat Graham) to a foster home. In fact, it seems Bonnie’s mysterious mother will be en route to Mystic Falls soon. (As you may recall, she left her husband and Bonnie many years ago.) TV Fanatic reports that casting has begun for Mrs. Bennett.
