Creating your own Television via RSS 2.0 on filmfestivalstv.com
Filmfestivalstv.com is comited to help you create your own TV channels. In order to do this, we will present here the basics.
A Videocast is a recorded audio-video distributed via RSS (Really Simple Syndication). Videocast is a popular way for companies to find an audience that would be too expensive or technically complicated to reach using traditional broadcast media.
When a blog contains rich media as audio or video, RSS 2.0 allows to automaticaly download the media on the hard disk of the user. To do this, RSS needs special enclosures to be included in the url. To build the RSS 2.0 feed, filmfestivalstv has suscribed to feedburner smartcast service which converts standart source feed into RSS 2.0 format with appropriate enclosures elements.
The RSS feed will be available at http://www.feedburner.com. This conversion produces the feed and its rich media content, automatically available for dowload to people using the following aggregators: Aggregators are computer-based software or web-based software:
For windows XP:
Doppler Radio: Doppler Radio allows to download audio and video files from the feed automatically and integrates the windows media player. You may download Doppler at this url (http://www.dopplerradio.net/download.php). To use Doppler you must also install the windows Framework .NET.
ANT (http://www.antisnottv.net) ANT has just released the windows version.

Not about the international sites, but I do wonder exactly how much attention you pay to emails that are suggesting possible featured videos. Especially after seeing a recently featured video that has been uploaded several times by other users over the course of a year or even more.

I thought that the WTO would be a good start for transforming the process of government at least across national borders. I quite like the idea of using the secretariat of the WTO as the centre for a Wikipedia of trade - a sort of open source world government at least for a very specific and complicated issue which needs many brains to provide a solution. http://zadul.servik.com
