Voices of the BIFF: "Retribution" Marks the Second BIFF Go-Around for Simpson

 

   A crowd favorite in 2004 with his frenetic feature "The Ticking Man", filmmaker Steven Lewis Simpson returns to the BIFF with a sequel of sorts, "Retribution".  While some of the same characters from the previous film return,  new villains and "good" guys are introduced in a continuation of a story that can be viewed as a stand alone, according to Simpson.  To hear Simpson speak on his film, click here: Download steve.wav
